saRika Sheth, CEO and Founder

Sarika Sheth has over 20 years of Travel and Hospitality experience. She started her career in New Zealand working for Tourism Industry Association of New Zealand. Later Sarika, relocated to her dream destination city, San Francisco, to pursue her career in travel and hospitality where she assisted in managing city-wide conventions with SF Travel Association. Leveraging her experience with selling San Francisco, she moved to Sales and Marketing, working for several Boutique and Luxury Hotel Brands. As the founder of 38 North Connections, she uses her experiences in the industry to build a trusted organization that provides the best services in meeting planning for her clients. Sarika Sheth was born and raised in Wellington, New Zealand. Aside from leading 38 North connections, she loves to travel, read, cook and laugh with her two young boys and husband.
