Our team has a dedicated trained staff for your convention. Custom registration site and marketing opportunities for sponsors. Monitor deadlines for rooming list/cutoff. Develop plan to action to ensure attendees book within your block. Custom Login, registration and housing page just for your exhibitors. Hotel room block audits to ensure rooms booked outside of the block are credited towards your convention. Procedures for late check-ins and departure. Final pick up and reporting.
